Financial controller (Corporate Finance) [Job ID: R2019004]

We are helping a listed pharmaceutical company looking for a Financial Controller – Corporate Finance. Candidates are expected to conduct the followings:

· To evaluate and raise appropriate types of capital to fit the Company’s financial needs;

· Create, develop, grow or acquire businesses in which capital can be raised;

· Liaise with investment banks and potential investors to identify investment opportunities;

· Perform due diligence and credit approval works on potential investments;

· Take charge of the overall finance and accounting functions, regulations, control and monitoring of the operations;

· Responsible for the implement of the accounting, financial issue, taxation and company system of Hong Kong office;

· Control, analyze and balance the funds management;

· Assign and review company resources under related regulation

Candidates should possess the following Requirements:

· Qualified accountant and degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;

· Minimum 10-year relevant experience gained from sizable companies, and preferably experience in conglomerates or public listed companies;

· Solid experience in corporate finance and investment is a MUST;

· Familiar with Hong Kong and China accounting policies and regulations
