Corporate Finance Associate/Analyst [Job ID: A2019001]

Our client is looking for a Corporate Finance Associate/Analyst with the below essential duties and responsibilities:

· Will handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions

· Will assist in preparing pitch books and executing transactions and conducting due diligence

· Will prepare draft announcements, circulars and other relevant documents

· Will liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities in connection with respective implementation of projects

Candidates should possess the following Requirements:

· A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance/ Business Administration

· Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua

· Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Self-motivated and a good team player

· Fresh graduates will also be considered
