Senior Officer / Manager – Investor Relations [Job ID: M2019009]

We are helping a listed real estate company looking for a Senior Officer / Manager – Investor Relations. Candidates are expected to conduct the followings:

· Increase media coverage on the company;

· Organize investor activities/events including investor meetings, conferences, corporate visits and road shows to ensure the senior management communicate effectively, transparently and timely with the public;

· Write press release and other official documents for ongoing investor communications and company announcements;

· Build and maintain good business relationship with investors, financial reporters and public media;

· Prepare annual/interim report, operational updates, presentations, script and Q&A for meetings with analysts and investors;

Candidates should possess the following Requirements:

· Bachelor or above in finance, economics, investment or related disciplines;

· At least 3 years of investor relation experience in listed companies; Knowledge in Real Estate companies and projects is preferred.

· Experience in Company Secretarial or Listing Rules Compliance is an advantage

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) ;

· Self-motivated, responsible, and able to meet tight schedule and work independently under pressure; Good PC skills (including MS PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese word processing;

· Immediate availability is highly preferred
